Ski Magazine's 2016 Top Ranked Eastern Ski Resorts
Readers of Ski Magazine have voted Mont Tremblant the number one ski resort in Eastern North America. The lone Canadian resort to make the top 20, while the skiing is really good at Tremblant, it's the the village that secures Tremblant it's number one rating year after year.
Stratton has one, Stowe’s is taking shape, and Killington has grand plans, but nothing beats the vibrant bustle, colourful architecture, and distinctly Quebecois atmosphere. “It has a sense of Europe in North America. Great food and ambience.â€
The village at Tremblant isn't huge, but it's busy and full. Â Narrow pedestrian walks with european inspired buildings housing many different shops and restaurants meet up at village squares filled with action and excitement. Â To stay warm in what is a comparatively fairly cold resort, people party with their friends from apres until late night.

Skiers flock to Tremblant for the "lovely village, lots of food choices, a friendly mountain", but that popularity comes at a price, Tremblant is busy. Â What makes the village so alive and vibrant also makes the lifts and gondolas crowded and the lines "too long."
